Client Success Consultant (CSC) - Full-time

Job Purpose

The focus of this role is to conduct a successful experience for BELAY clients and contractors for the duration of their engagement across all service lines. Additionally, the Client Success Consultant (CSC) serves as a “coach/consultant” to our clients and contractors, ensuring the most productive and satisfying experience for both parties in the relationship by strategically managing a roster and keeping a results-focused mindset. 

As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company’s mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.  

Duties and responsibilities

Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner

  • Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out BELAY’s culture each day.

  • Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork.

Client and Contractor Experience 

  • Cast vision for what the Client/Contractor relationship could be long term (additional responsibilities the contractor could take, additional projects to serve on, assessing current scope and future opportunities for growth).
  • Growth mindset. Invest time, trust, and care in order to strategically enhance and grow the client’s business by upselling additional solutions offered by BELAY.
  • Consulting for best practices, tips, and efficiency recommendations for the most effective and productive engagements. 
  • Collaborate with all necessary individuals regarding contract changes and terminations. 
  • Manage crisis situations and escalate when appropriate.

Organization & Follow Through 

  • Be proficient in using a cloud-based CRM and update daily activity, reporting, and deal status.
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Be tech-savvy and proficient in the tools necessary to integrate into BELAY’s remote workplace culture.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Intentionally and thoughtfully match contractors with clients for a successful, long-term relationship.
  • Create and foster self-managing engagements through consulting, coaching, and resources..
  • Ensure documentation and communication are current and accurate (GSuite, CRM, etc.).
  • Provide insight and recommendations to strategically enhance the overall experience by collaborating with leadership and teams across the organization.
  • Conduct routine account reviews with Client Relations Manager to proactively identify sales opportunities and areas of improvement and growth.
  • Additionally, the Client Success Consultant (CSC) serves as a “coach/consultant” to our clients and contractors, ensuring the most productive and satisfying experience for both parties in the relationship by strategically managing a roster, focusing on retention, growth and duration.

Qualifications

The Client Success Consultant must demonstrate responsiveness & professionalism, own the details, be  organizationally and technologically savvy, and conduct relational & efficiency coaching at all times.  Relational, humble, and intuitive people with virtual experience and client understanding will thrive in this role.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-orientation are essential for this role.
  • Command presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player who is willing and able to “roll-up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
  • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. 
  • Must be comfortable with video and phone calls as the main forms of communication for optimal rapport and connection.

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated and secure work space, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.
