Job purpose  

The focus of this role is to be responsible for marketing automation efforts for BELAY’s email and text campaigns as a way to collect and convert marketing contacts into sales leads. This person will be a member of a top-notch, in-house marketing team that moves fast, thinks smart, works hard, learns & leverages new methods. We need you to crush deadlines, and get a ton of marketing magic done in the blink of an eye. Leveraging real-world experience and continued education around the most effective email and SMS marketing strategies, this role’s goal is to advance BELAY’s market share in the flexible staffing solutions industry, grow the business by increasing our email and SMS effectiveness and increase leads, and ultimately create successful BELAY clients.

The position will collaborate closely with the marketing team to oversee our email and SMS campaigns in Hubspot (and some sales enablement support within Salesforce Engage) while continuing to make revisions and optimizations to increase results. This role will develop to be the expert on our email and SMS pathways with a deep understanding of how our prospects interact and engage with our content via these delivery methods. Taking that expertise and partnering with service line product owners, you will ensure that the marketing plans of individual service lines are fully integrated into our email and SMS strategy while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately leading to an increase in new revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for email and SMS marketing program development and execution for both marketing contact and sales leads, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continual evaluation of  these for improvements.
• Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM (Hubspot for email, SlickText for SMS) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
• Work with Service Line Specialists and sales team administrators on follow up email workflows within Salesforce Engage platform. 
• Drive the implementation of automated email and SMS programs and campaigns based on best practices.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance of email and SMS campaigns to drive conversions to sales calls and wins.
• Build and test workflows in Hubspot, Engage, and SlickText to achieve the goal of the campaign.
• Analyze campaign results, make recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to determine future action plans based on results.
• Coordinate with the service line strategists on customer lifecycle journeys and determine email and SMS needs within those journeys.
• Coordinate with the creative team to get the required content and images created. 
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to make sure campaigns and tasks are scheduled and executed on time. 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Process-driven experience managing email automation within Hubspot and SlickText (or similar tool)
• Salesforce experience a plus but not required
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
• Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who is willing and able to “roll up their sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
• A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. 

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated 

and a secure workspace, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $66,000.
