Growth Marketing Manager - Full-time

Job purpose  

The Growth Marketing Manager leads our team in achieving measurable outcomes and propelling our company to new heights. As a pivotal member of our marketing leadership team, you'll orchestrate strategic initiatives, empower your team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Leveraging your expertise in copywriting, A/B testing, and data analytics, you'll spearhead the expansion of our acquisition channels and swiftly launch innovative campaigns. With an insatiable curiosity and a focus on optimization, you'll geek out on metrics and pivot strategies to drive rapid growth. Additionally, the role of the Growth Marketing Manager is to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The position will collaborate closely with the growth team, supporting teams (such as product and build), and vendors to ensure the successful launch of campaigns on time and within budget. This role encompasses every step of the customer journey, from initial awareness to front-end conversion and long-term ascension, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for our customers at every touchpoint.

Duties and responsibilities

Grow BELAY with Results-Based, Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive growth and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. 
  • Lead, support, and empower team members to meet and exceed growth goals through effective project management and accountability.
  • Proactively manage objectives and assess potential risks that come with each decision.
  • Hold 1:1 weekly or bi-monthly meetings with each team member for coaching, feedback, additional training, escalation resolutions management, and general ways to proactively engage in growth and retention at BELAY.
  • Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges in our industry and/or workplace that may lead to quickly implementing necessary change.

 Departmental Responsibilities

  • Drive creativity and innovation in marketing initiatives to captivate audiences and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and write compelling copy for various promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our standards. 
  • Manage promotions and campaigns from conception to completion including paid and organic, email, text, social media, and sponsorship support. Oversee every step to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
  • Continuously optimize acquisition funnels and campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve key metrics.
    • Implement A/B split tests to optimize campaign performance and increase growth, monitoring results closely to drive continuous improvement. 
    • Analyze Google Analytics data to identify traffic insights and missed opportunities, optimizing acquisition funnels to align with key metrics such as target CPA and month-over-month baselines.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for optimization using current tools and explore the continued improvement of the reporting. 
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive organizational success and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Actively participate in revenue team initiatives, collaborating with revenue leadership to drive success across departments. 
  • Source and manage talent, including contracted subject matter experts, to execute marketing tactics and tests effectively.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing Director to plan and strategize yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing priorities to meet and exceed goals. 
 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is skilled in demand generation and growth marketing.  They have experience in B2B marketing and are comfortable being held to OKRs and revenue goals. They are natural learners and stay curious about the latest tactics and changes in marketing channels and overall B2B marketing.   They are systems-minded but also think outside the box to be ahead of the industry curve. 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5+ years of growth, ad, or lead gen marketing experience. 
  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of departmental processes. 
  • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
  • Flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to complete a project when needed.
  • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. 
 

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated and secure workspace, free of distractions, is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.

This role includes expected participation in conference calls, on-site meetings, ad-hoc meetings and off-site meetings which may require travel. Pay rate

The salary is $100,000 with bonus opportunities (up to $12,000).
