Job purpose
The focus of this role is to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors in order to ensure the successful delivery of our services and solutions according to client needs and expectations. CSCs are responsible for keeping current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day to day basis as well as identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts. The primary goals are to ensure client satisfaction (retention), drive revenue growth, and act as a strategic consultant.
As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company’s mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.
Duties and responsibilities
As a BELAY Corporate Team member, you will professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions. You are expected to exemplify our mission, vision, and core values daily, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Client and Contractor Experience
- Liaise between clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to the client needs.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Understand the client’s business objectives, challenges and priorities in order to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Cast vision for what the Client/Contractor relationship could be long term by consistently adding value to the client by understanding needs and expectations.
- Growth mindset. Invest time, trust, and care in order to strategically enhance and grow the client’s business by upselling additional solutions offered by BELAY.
- Consulting for best practices, tips, and efficiency recommendations for the most effective and productive virtual engagements. Leading leaders.
- Develop action plans with clients and contractors, follow up on implementation and progress, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Stay current in job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
- Collaborate with all necessary individuals regarding contract changes and terminations.
- Manage crisis situations through problem solving and strong emotional intelligence.
Organization & Follow Through
- Be proficient and timely in using a cloud-based CRM and update daily activity, reporting, and deal status in real time.
- Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in the tools necessary to integrate into BELAY’s remote workplace culture.
Operational Responsibilities
- Intentionally and thoughtfully match contractors with clients for a successful, long-term relationship.
- Ensure documentation and communication are current, detailed and accurate (GSuite, CRM, etc.).
- Provide insight and recommendations to strategically enhance the overall experience by collaborating with leadership and teams across the organization.
- Conduct routine account reviews with Client Relations Manager to proactively identify sales opportunities and areas of improvement and growth.
Qualifications

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Command presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with video and phone calls as the main forms of communication for optimal rapport and connection.
Working conditions
BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional travel for some roles. As a full-time/part-time, exempt/non-exempt W-2 employee, you'll join a vibrant, award-winning company culture where you're a valued, engaged team player in a thriving organization.
