Job purpose  

The Graphic Designer supports BELAY’s marketing strategy by creating visually compelling, brand-aligned assets that engage prospects, clients, and contractors. This role combines creativity with strategic intent to strengthen BELAY’s brand presence, elevate digital and print campaigns, and drive quality lead generation for the sales team. As part of a fast-moving, innovative marketing team, the Graphic Designer helps position BELAY as the premier brand in virtual solutions through impactful design that differentiates us in a competitive marketplace.

Duties and responsibilities

As a BELAY Corporate Team member, you will professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions. You are expected to exemplify our mission, vision and core values daily, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality design solutions that support BELAY’s marketing initiatives across all channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for social media (organic and paid), email campaigns, websites, presentations, and other creative assets.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, validating concepts, and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct research as needed to support marketing strategies and creative development.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana (or other BELAY-approved platforms) to organize tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Design intuitive, user-focused experiences for BELAY websites and landing pages, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Develop engaging email graphics and layouts in collaboration with the marketing team, using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar design tools.
  • Optimize digital assets and web content for search performance, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Yoast SEO.
  • Use Salesforce and HubSpot to align creative work with campaign tracking, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external design contractors and vendors to maintain brand consistency and quality.
  • Continuously explore and adopt new design technologies, trends, and methods to improve creative output and efficiency.

Qualifications

This role requires a motivated and trustworthy self-starter with strong communication and technological skills who thrives both independently and on a team. Our ideal corporate team member is flexible, creative, well-organized and ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for multiple clients with diverse deliverables
  • Must be able to pivot quickly and enjoy a fast paced environment
  • Portfolio showcasing design work across social media, flyers, posters, landing pages, emails, and web designs
  • Proficient in learning and applying new software tools, with a creative, forward-thinking approach to design
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout hierarchy to create visually engaging, easy-to-navigate designs
  • Expertise in typography, whitespace, and visual composition to communicate messages clearly and effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining brand standards and resources within a growing organization

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional travel for some roles. As a full-time, exempt W-2 employee, you'll join a vibrant, award-winning company culture where you're a valued, engaged team player in a thriving organization.

Salary range

$76,000 - $79,000
